Seeking Feedback

I am doing a little research into stress and how people handle it.

The Christmas season can be a time of joy but it can also be very stressful. I am interested in how you handle stress – not just for the holidays but anytime. What do you do? Pray, workout, run, kick dogs, eat chocolate etc? Share with me what you do? If you blog and have written about the subject, share it with me. And yes! I am looking for the lighter side, the uplifting and even amusing side. I don’t want to be stressed out because of your answers. Post your comments below. Thanks. Jim

  1. Haha! Definitely eat chocolate! I actually have mentioned being stressed a couple of times in my blog and often what I do is either walk Pepsi, or eat...one good for me, one not so good. :) I should definitely pray and trust God more often, but sometimes I forget that he made the whole world and can change any circumstance with barely a thought...thanks for the reminder.
